I can help you achieve your landscape goals, get your landscape into shape, and help you learn more about the things that interest you about your landscape.
Consider the following situations that I might help you with:
- You want a step-by-step guide to managing your lawn, saving big money and getting that ‘I did it myself’ satisfaction.
- You are hiring a lawn maintenance contractor for your home, business or church. I can write the landscape maintenance specifications, qualify the contractors, help you select the best one, and monitor their progress.
- You want to be visited periodically, usually once a month, and get help managing your lawn and landscape like a professional was doing the work.
- You already have a landscape contractor, or even a ‘yard man’ who needs a little help. I can work with them to keep your landscape on track.
- You want help to plan, prepare, and proceed with small or large projects. I can help you with pricing and sourcing materials, arranging delivery, helping you with layout and installation. I can do this for your community projects, too.
- You have an irrigation system that you don’t understand. I can audit the system, adjust the timer to comply with the watering restrictions of the moment, and make recommendations about changes to optimize your water usage. I know many irrigation contractors and a few are good friends, but most of them think it’s all about the water. It’s not. It’s about the green stuff.
- You are a Realtor or real estate agent trying to sell a homely dog of a house. I can make recommendations about the grass, trees, flowers, mulch, and other exterior elements that will give your listing more curb appeal. I can help your people do it, or I can make the arrangements.
Generally speaking, my hourly rate is $50 and includes travel time and a two hour minimum for the first visit. I’m generous with my time, and you will get your money’s worth. Clients requiring regular visits will get a discounted rate. Call me and we can work something out.
